On Youth Day, HOW-TO was invited to conduct a career daywith a group of students from Shanghai Nanyang Model High School. We warmly welcomed the students and teachers who came to participate in the activity and arranged 4 colleagues from HOW-TO to conduct the activity.

The company introduction part was hosted by Phoebe, our Vice Manager. She first warmly welcomed all the students present and gave a vivid explanation of our business scope, main services, and research framework, and shared her valuable experience in her career.

Karen, Ava, and Lily then introduced the basics knowledge of skin, sun protection, the principle of the instruments and the hands-on part respectively. The students experienced a Wood's lamp sunscreen test - observing the magical phenomenon of how UV rays are absorbed by sunscreen products and operated the relevant instruments to detect the skin of each student and generate a personalized skin report for everyone.

The excellent explanation and guidance of colleagues made this session not only help students absorb the relevant knowledge quickly, but also opened their understanding and knowledge of the industry. Throughout the activity, all the students showed great curiosity and enthusiasm, actively expressing their own ideas and questions, and enthusiastically participating in the quick quiz section, creating a strong learning atmosphere.
