On January 5, 2021, How-To and other companies signed an agreement to jointly form the "Cosmetic Talent Training Alliance" (hereinafter referred to as the "Alliance") with the International School of Cosmetics, Shanghai Institute of Technology. This move was a response to implementing the spirit of Shanghai Municipal People’s Government’s document "Several Opinions on Promoting the Development of Shanghai’s Beauty and Health Industry", promoting the innovative development of the cosmetics industry in Shanghai, strengthening the training of high-level professionals, forming a benign interaction mechanism between enterprises and universities and realizing production-education integration and common development. The Alliance will focus on three functional scopes - "co-building an internship platform", "sharing teaching resources" and "co-creating science and technology projects".

The International School of Cosmetics, Shanghai Institute of Technology is the country's first professional platform academy of cosmetics, building a platform for talent training and scientific research integrating production and education. The Alliance will not only benefit the company's talent pool but also enhance the interaction between How-To and the academic community. It is conducive to combining the cutting-edge views of the academic world with industry technology, continuously improving operations and methodologies committed to providing better services.

Since the founding of How-To, our company has regarded talent training as a key task of the company's development. We not only provide some internship/job opportunities for students/graduates every year, but also diverse learning support to employees.
